The ES and micro MES are among the most traded futures in the world — ideal ground for order flow. How to read them.
S&P 500 futures (ES, micro MES) is one of the most traded contracts in the world. Its depth makes it a prime market for order flow: the flow is dense and readable.
A clean, deep flow
High liquidity makes absorption and delta especially reliable. Heatmap levels tend to hold well.
Session references
The POC, VWAP and value area structure the day. The ES respects these references, which helps anticipate reactions.
The MES to learn
The micro MES lets you trade the same flow at ten times less risk — ideal to start or test an idea.
Go funded
An order-flow prop firm like Phidias (DeepCharts included, no intraday trailing) funds you after an evaluation. See the comparator.
